I have had many dealings with this surgery at both the old site and the new location. I have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The reception staff are polite, helpful and efficient. If your enquiry is a little tricky they give clear indications as to how they will proceed and try to help you as much as possible. The doctors that I have seen are very pleasant and I believe that they do everything they can to help you with your problem. I particularly would like to give positive feedback about Dr Qureshi, whom I found to be professional, personable, and really caring. The only areas for improvement for me would be that some referrals do need to be chased up, a couple of times paperwork has languished and has not been followed through; and also the old gripe about having to wait for appointments (but this seems to have improved recently). I would recommend this surgery without hesitation.

We have used the Doctors since the day it opened, The Doctors them selfs are very friendly, understanding & helpful, As is the Nurse. There is aways a very friendly smile from the Ladies on the front desk, and Kathy has a wonderful smile and great customer service.

This surgery is dreadful, unhelpful and totally unprofessional. The Chavie receptionist should be on Jeremy Kyle not working for this organisation. Urgent medical letters are not actioned and still sit on the system. I will now get transferred to another surgery. Since moving this surgery has by far got worse but not all receptionists are rude and the doctors are lovely when you eventually get a appointment. They just don't follow up important medical letters that should be referred.

I have just spoken to Gaynor (forgive me if the spelling is wrong!) on reception who was the kindest and most helpful receptionist! I have waited about 2 weeks for an appointment to see Dr Long following a blood test. I am about to start a new role in the NHS at the PRUH and my occupational health appointment came up for the same day and almost same time as my appointment with Dr Long that I have waited ages for. So not wanting to loose this appointment and not easily being able to change the occupational health appointment, Gaynor kindly went out of her way to see about swapping my appointment time with another patient. Allowing me to still see Dr Long and also give me enough time to get to Orpington hospital for my other appointment. So thanks to Gaynor I can still manage to do the school run, see Dr Long and attend occupational health! Being a working mum and trying to fit everything in is extremely difficult, so when someone helps like this it makes the world of difference.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback which, when we are all so busy, means a lot to us. I shall of course pass on your comments to Gaynore who I know will appreciate them very much. All of our receptionists will try to help wherever possible and nothing makes us happier than when we can accommodate our patients exact needs. It is not always possible of course but is great when a plan comes together. Response left by Sally Gaites/Senior Practice Administrator
